What products is a computerized jacquard loom used for?
It is used for logo tapes, decorative webbing, elastic jacquard tapes and patterned narrow fabrics. The sample and pattern determine the configuration.
How do I choose the hook count and tape positions?
Provide the pattern artwork, finished width, yarn and intended tape positions. Hook count and weaving configuration are checked against the pattern requirements before model selection.
What pattern information should I provide?
Send a clear design, repeat dimensions, colors and a physical sample if available. Confirm the pattern input format and available control functions for the selected model before ordering.
Should I choose a standard needle loom or a jacquard loom?
Choose according to the required woven structure and pattern detail. Send the tape sample and design so we can assess the process and whether jacquard control is needed.
What voltage and frequency should I specify?
Provide your factory voltage, number of phases and frequency, including whether you use 50 Hz or 60 Hz. We will confirm the available electrical configuration for the selected model before the order is finalized.
What is the delivery time?
Delivery time is confirmed for each order after the model, configuration, quantity and stock availability are checked. Refer to the agreed quotation or proforma invoice for the delivery schedule of your machines.
What are your standard payment terms?
Our usual terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment by T/T. The payment terms stated in the final quotation and proforma invoice apply to your order.
How do I order spare parts for an existing machine?
Send the machine model, year, nameplate photo, clear photos of the part and its key dimensions. We will check compatibility and availability before quoting. Similar-looking parts should be checked by dimensions before ordering.
