What products can an automatic tipping machine process?
This range provides tipping and cutting for shoelaces, garment drawcords, bag cords and sportswear cords. Cord material, size and the required tip determine the configuration.
What tip dimensions do I need to specify?
Provide cord diameter or width, cord thickness, desired tip length and a finished sample. Feeding, cutting and tipping arrangements must be confirmed against these requirements.
Is plastic tipping the same as film-free tipping?
They are different process requirements. State whether you need a plastic or film tip, or a film-free finish, and send a sample so the correct machine process can be identified.
Can it process flat tape as well as round cord?
Flat-tape suitability must be checked for the selected model. Send the tape width, thickness and desired finished tip so feeding, gripping and tooling requirements can be reviewed before confirmation.
What voltage and frequency should I specify?
Provide your factory voltage, number of phases and frequency, including whether you use 50 Hz or 60 Hz. We will confirm the available electrical configuration for the selected model before the order is finalized.
What is the delivery time?
Delivery time is confirmed for each order after the model, configuration, quantity and stock availability are checked. Refer to the agreed quotation or proforma invoice for the delivery schedule of your machines.
What are your standard payment terms?
Our usual terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment by T/T. The payment terms stated in the final quotation and proforma invoice apply to your order.
How do I order spare parts for an existing machine?
Send the machine model, year, nameplate photo, clear photos of the part and its key dimensions. We will check compatibility and availability before quoting. Similar-looking parts should be checked by dimensions before ordering.
